Balancing work with your personal life is hard enough, not to mention planning all of your meals for the week, grocery shopping, finding time to prepare it all, and then being stuck with a mountain of dishes. Think of me as your own personal meal kit, only instead of opening a cardboard box to a bunch of scraps and recipes, I do it all for you… planning, cooking, storing, labeling, and cleaning up!
Just guide me in the direction of what you’re looking for, whether it’s just a few days worth of meals, dinners only, ready-to-eat options, or others. Not only will you have more time on your hands, but you will get to eat tasty meals that keep you on track with your dietary needs and consistent eating habits.


IN-HOUSE PREPARATION
$30/HR + MENU ITEMS
Includes all shopping, cooking in your location, packaging/labeling/storing meals, and full cleanup of the kitchen.
5 different menu items maximum per booking, but unlimited meal counts
Breakfast, snack, and dessert add-ons available

$75 + MENU ITEMS
Includes all preparation of the food, packaging, labeling, and delivering to your location.
5 different menu items maximum per booking, but unlimited meal counts (fees apply for larger orders).

Helpful Information
HOW MANY MEALS WILL I RECEIVE PER ORDER?
That is completely up to you! The pricing is set up for you to be able to customize the order according to your specific needs. That might entail 20 individual meals, or 5 bulk meals, 2 bulk and 6 individual, just a couple of a la cart options... the possibilities are endless!
The only thing I ask is for you to limit your order to 5 different meal options (does not include breakfast or desserts). The quantities of each are endless, but this just allows me to take on more customers, which means more meal opportunities for you!
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Absolutely! You will see on my menus which options are GF, DF, with/without meat, etc. Any other dietary requests (e.g. Whole30, Keto, specific macro counts) will be addressed directly when we go over the menu together.
NOTE: additional fees may apply when adjusting meal plans to your dietary preferences.
HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?
I will recommend which meals you should eat sooner than others when the booking is complete, otherwise all meals should be consumed within around 4 days- many freeze well if you run out of time!
